Once your booking request has been received by us, we will double-check room availability and email you an Invoice for your accommodation.
Payment of a 30% deposit – roughly equivalent to two night’s stay over Christmas (mid December to mid January) or one night’s accommodation at all other times – is required to secure your booking. Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your booking by email.
Deposit payment can be made by direct credit or by phoning us with your credit card details. Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard are all accepted.
Payment for your stay is required in full prior to your departure from Sunset Waterfront Lodge. Credit card payment and EFTPOS are available.
